My name is Beatriz Velho. I am from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and this is a space to share my summer internship experiences while I pursue a Master's in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) at the Harvard Kennedy School. I thank the Woman and Public Policy Program for the generous support to my internship at OpenUp, a civic tech NGO from South Africa.
